You always earn more when you work with BrackenChase. Sometimes, you'll earn a lot more.

The first home you help us close each year will earn you $500; the second, $1,000; the third, $1,500; and every home thereafter gets you $2,000! Help us close just one home each quarter and that gives you additional $5,000 in your pocket for the year. Every Realtor's tally resets to zero on December 31 of each year.

The BrackenChase quarterly $1,000 bonus.
Each quarter, BrackenChase will hold a drawing and give away an additional $1,000 to one lucky Realtor. With each BrackenChase home you close, we'll put one of your business cards in a hat. So, each BrackenChase home you close per quarter increases your chances of winning. At the end of the quarter, we'll draw the winning name and hand the winner a $1,000 check. Ben Trexler was our first $1,000 winner in April.

The BrackenChase yearly $3,000 bonus.
This one's the easiest to explain. The Realtor who sells the most BrackenChase homes during any year earns an additional $3,000. This year, Sarah Eden won, and we think it made her pretty happy. But you be the judge.
