David Hanselman, President/Owner
David grew up here in Tallahassee. He became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1989 and Florida licensed Building Contractor in 1991. David immediately envisioned an organization focused on fulfilling the dreams and expectations of new home buyers and set about putting together the unique team of professionals that have made Brat we are today. "I want to personally offer my promise to give you the best home buying experience possible. Mike Snyder, C.O.O.
Originally from California, Mike has been in the construction field for more than 35 years. Married for over 30 years, he and his wife Mary have 4 grown children, Stacey, Cheryl, and twin boys Tommy and Jimmy. Following a successful multi-decade career as a self employed framing contractor Mike joined BrackenChase. Involved in every aspect of the business, Mike has recently been appointed "Chief of Operations".

Steven B. Liedy, C.P.A., C.F.O.
Steve is a nearly life-long Tallahassean and is a 1981 Florida State University business school graduate. After receiving his degree in accounting and acquiring his C.P.A. credentials, he worked in public accounting for 20 years. Steve provided accounting, tax and consulting services as BrackenChase's C.P.A. since its inception, and in 2001 joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. "I joined BrackenChase in part because I believe in its mission - to provide homebuyers with quality homes with lasting value." Steve and his wife Leslie have twin girls - Maddie and Zoe. He also has two more daughters - Meredith and Adriane.

Pamela Visage, Purchasing Agent/Estimator
Along with administrative duties, Pam is the company's purchasing agent and Estimator. Involved in the construction field for over sixteen years, she has been with BrackenChase for almost 10 years. Pam's a native and she and her husband Dennis have a young son, Harley.

Don Brown, Production Manager/Superintendent
Don moved to Tallahassee in the early 70's to attend Florida State University and became involved in the building business on a part time basis. In the early 80's Don and his wife bought an old farm in Monticello, and building became his full time business. He joined BrackenChase in 2002 as a superintendent, and is currently overseeing all of the projects in Leon County. He's never missed a closing date and enjoys taking charge of complete projects from site prep to homeowner move in. Don spends a lot more time on site than at the office but no one's complaining about that. Married with a daughter attending the University of Florida, Don enjoys spending time with family and relaxing at their cabin in the north Georgia mountains.
